Robinson to speak at Dem National Convention

Oregon State University basketball coach Craig Robinson will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention, according to an announcement from convention organizers.

Robinson, who is entering his first season with the Beavers, will take the stage at the Pepsi Center on the night of Aug. 25 to introduce his sister, Michelle Obama. Obama, the wife of presumptive presidential nominee Barack Obama (D-Ill.), will be the headline speaker that night.

Also slated to address the crowd that night are House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.).
