Cannon, Brading discuss Merkley's efforts to build majority

In his campaign against Steve Novick, Jeff Merkley has been highlighting his experience in the Oregon State House, maintaining he is the more experienced, qualified candidate. The latest installment comes in the form of a video on his website.

The video features State Rep. Ben Cannon and Rob Brading, speaking about Merkley’s work building the Democratic majority.

Cannon lends Merkley some of the progressive street cred the campaign has been trying to tout lately, noting that “Jeff stood up time and time again to fight for progressive values.”

This election has seen a blossoming of campiagning on the internet, especially among Democratic candidates, including Steve Novick, Kate Brown and Sam Adams.
