Clinton talks economics

Former President Bill Clinton has been covering Oregon in advance of his wife’s impending visit.

At stops in Medford and Portland, Clinton focused on the economy, drawing larger than expected crowds (the event, eventually located at North Medford High School, was moved from the initial location, which could hold about 1,2000 people, after it was clear that he could draw a much bigger crowd.)

The Oregonian has coverage of the former President’s speech, as well as Oregonians’ reactions to the Clintons.
