Even though U.S. Senate candidate Candy Neville was excluded from the Portland City Club debate last week because she wasn’t a ‘front-runner,’ The Oregonian and KGW TV have invited her to participate in their televised debate on April 15.
The invitation comes on the heels of a KATU poll which had Neville polling neck and neck with the candidate who was once the presumptive Democratic nominee, Speaker Jeff Merkley.
