Obama Campaign to Launch "Countdown to Change" Kickoff Portland – Tomorrow night, May 6, with two weeks left before the 2008 Oregon Primary and as voters in Indiana and North Carolina go to the polls, the Oregon for Obama campaign will launch its statewide "Countdown to Change" kickoff. "Countdown to Change" will consist of nightly phone banks, canvass trainings, and canvass events every night for the final two weeks before the Oregon primary.
The Indiana and North Carolina Primary results should be in or will be coming in close to 5pm Pacific. The volunteers and local leaders attending the “Countdown to Change” kickoffs will be available for local reaction and to comment on the results.
