A surprise visitor at McCain's event

I spy... Gov. Ted Kulongoski. At a John McCain event!

Kulongoski appeared-although did not speak-at McCain's event in Portland this afternoon.

His appearance didn't go unnoticed by the Republican Senator, who called Oregon's Democratic Governor (and pledged Clinton superdelegate) "a great governor of this state."

"I appreciate his leadership, I appreciate his dedication, no matter what his party identification is to the betterment of the state of Oregon and America," McCain said to the crowd. "As as president of the United States, I will sit down with Governor Ted Kulongoski and all of the other governors of this country, whether they be Democrat or Republican."
