“All are from three of Oregon's most prolific initiative authors: Bill Sizemore, former legislator Kevin Mannix and anti-tax activist Russ Walker. Sizemore, who has circulated dozens of proposals over the years for mostly conservative causes, is a chief petitioner on five of the proposals. So is Walker.”
