Kroger over-glorified as he swears in Fish
By Wally EdgeNewly elected Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish is certainly enjoying life as a politician. In an email to supporters he boasts of strutting in the Starlight parade last weekend. He also brags of being sworn into office by Oregon's yet-to-be elected Attorney General John Kroger. Kroger has no Republican opponent in the upcoming general election for the AG spot and the Oregon GOP is showing no signs of finding someone willing to run as a write-in candidate. So much for having to pay your dues in Oregon before being annointed to statewide office.
