Breathe out, the Gov is back

We can all exhale now that Governor Ted Kulongoski is back from his gallbladder surgery.  The Gov went under for a brief moment to have his gallbladder removed on June 28, giving Secretary of State Bill Bradbury the power to assume the governor's duties should an emergency situation arise. 

Whew!
