Oregon Bus Project

When established back in 2001, the Oregon Bus Project was ahead of its time with youthful engagement in the political process and mobilization of activists. Their Rebooting Democracy conference last weekend only shows how far they have come in grabbing the attention of younger voters.

Democratic AG Candidates

Both Greg Macpherson and John Kroger showed how quickly they can behave like juveniles by launching superfluous attacks on one another that have nothing to do with becoming Oregon's next AG. Put the gloves back on (at least until March).

Tim Phillips

Recognizing a sinking ship when he sees one, investment broker Tim Phillips along with his GOP colleagues has established the Oregon Leadership Council in an effort to research and recruit more Oregon GOP candidates. Results of this gathering will be determined on March 11.
